Big Day Workshops

These Payment Terms should be read alongside the Santorini Workshop 2026 Workshop Terms & Participation Agreement.

A binding agreement with Big Day Workshops is formed once payment for the Santorini Workshop 2026 has been successfully completed.

 

1. Workshop Fee

The standard workshop fee for Santorini Workshop 2026 is €1,650 per person.

Early bird pricing, promotional offers and payment plans may be available from time to time.

The workshop fee payable is the price selected and agreed at checkout at the time of booking.

All payments are charged in Euros (€).

Any exchange rate differences, foreign transaction fees, bank charges or payment provider fees are the responsibility of the attendee.

 

2. Payment Methods

Payments may be made using:

• Card payment via Stripe

• Klarna, where available

• Bank transfer (BACS), where offered

 

3. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is selected, payments will be collected according to the schedule displayed at checkout.

For Stripe payment plans, future instalments will be charged automatically to the payment method provided during booking.

For Klarna transactions, repayment is managed directly by Klarna under their own terms and conditions.

For bank transfer arrangements, payments must be received by the dates agreed at booking.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full workshop fee shown at checkout.

Failure to complete any scheduled payment may result in your workshop place being suspended, cancelled or reassigned.

Any payments already made remain subject to these terms.

 

4. Minimum Attendance Requirement

Santorini Workshop 2026 is subject to a minimum number of attendees being reached.

Big Day Workshops reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the minimum attendance requirement is not met.

If this occurs, all workshop payments received will be refunded in full.

Big Day Workshops will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including flights, accommodation, transport, insurance, visas, exchange rate losses or other travel related expenses.

 

5. Fixed Date Event

Santorini Workshop 2026 is a fixed date event taking place on 7 and 8 October 2026 in Santorini, Greece.

Your booking reserves one of a limited number of workshop places.

 

6. Booking Commitment

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your workshop place is reserved immediately upon successful booking.

• The full workshop fee selected at checkout becomes payable.

• Selecting a payment plan does not reduce your obligation to pay the agreed workshop fee.

• Failure to attend does not create a right to a refund.

 

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because Santorini Workshop 2026 is a fixed date event with limited places, all bookings are non refundable once confirmed.

This includes cancellations resulting from:

• Change of mind

• Illness or injury

• Personal circumstances

• Family circumstances

• Work commitments

• Financial circumstances

• Travel disruption

• Airline cancellations

• Accommodation issues

• Visa or passport issues

• Weather conditions

• Transport delays

• Any other circumstance preventing attendance

We strongly recommend obtaining suitable travel and event insurance.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights where Big Day Workshops cancels the workshop or fails to provide the workshop as described.

 

8. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or resell your place to another attendee, subject to prior written approval from Big Day Workshops.

The replacement attendee must agree to all applicable workshop terms before their place is confirmed.

 

9. Workshop Changes

Big Day Workshops reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary, including changes to:

• Locations

• Timings

• Styling concepts

• Models

• Suppliers

• Venues

• Transport arrangements

• Workshop structure

Any such changes will not entitle attendees to a refund, provided the workshop can still be delivered substantially as advertised.

 

10. Travel & Accommodation

Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for:

• Flights

• Accommodation

• Airport transfers

• Travel insurance

• Passports and visas

• Personal transport outside of scheduled workshop activities

• Personal expenses

Big Day Workshops strongly recommends that attendees obtain appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, travel disruption and equipment.

 

11. Cancellation by Big Day Workshops

Big Day Workshops is fully committed to delivering Santorini Workshop 2026 as planned.

However, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including operational, venue, supplier, safety, travel or event management issues.

If Big Day Workshops cancels the workshop, workshop payments received will be refunded in full.

Our liability shall be limited to the workshop fees paid.

Big Day Workshops shall not be responsible for any additional losses or expenses, including flights, accommodation, transport, insurance, visas, exchange rate losses or personal costs.

 

12. Agreement

By completing payment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Payment Terms.

• You agree to the payment option selected at checkout.

• You understand this is a fixed date event with limited places.

• You accept responsibility for payment of the full workshop fee agreed at booking.

• You agree to be bound by both these Payment Terms and the Santorini Workshop Terms & Participation Agreement.
