Payment Terms – Santorini Workshop 2026

These Payment Terms should be read alongside the Santorini Workshop 2026 Workshop Terms & Participation Agreement.

A binding agreement with Big Day Workshops is formed once payment for the Santorini Workshop 2026 has been successfully completed.

 

1. Workshop Fee

The total cost of the Santorini Workshop 2026 is €1250 per person.

By booking a place, you agree to pay the full €1250 workshop fee whether paying in full or through an instalment plan.

All payments are charged in Euros (€). Any exchange rate differences, bank charges, foreign transaction fees, or payment provider fees are the responsibility of the attendee.

 

2. Payment Methods

We accept payment by:

  • Card payment via Stripe

  • Klarna where available

  • Bank transfer (BACS)

 

3. Instalment Plans

Where an instalment plan is selected, payments will be collected according to the schedule shown at checkout.

For card payments processed through Stripe:

  • future instalments are charged automatically to the payment method used at checkout

For Klarna payments:

  • repayment is managed directly through Klarna under their own payment system

For bank transfer payments:

  • payments must be made manually by the due dates provided at booking

If an instalment payment is missed or cannot be collected, Big Day Workshops reserves the right to release or reassign the workshop place.

Any payments already made remain non-refundable.

 

4. Fixed-Date Event

The Santorini Workshop 2026 is a fixed-date event taking place on 7th & 8th October 2026 in Santorini.

Your booking reserves one of a limited number of workshop places.

 

5. Booking Commitment

By completing your booking, you agree that:

  • the full workshop fee of €1250 is due once your booking is confirmed

  • selecting an instalment plan does not reduce or cancel your obligation to pay the full amount

  • failure to attend does not create a right to refund

 

6. Refund Policy

All bookings are final once confirmed.

Because this is a fixed-date workshop with limited places, payments are non-refundable where you cancel or cannot attend, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • personal circumstances

  • illness or injury

  • family circumstances

  • work commitments

  • travel disruption or airline cancellation

  • visa refusal

  • passport expiry or documentation issues

  • financial circumstances

  • accommodation issues

  • weather conditions

  • transport delays or cancellations

  • inability to attend for any reason

This does not affect your legal rights if Big Day Workshops cancels the workshop or fails to provide the workshop as described.

This policy applies to all payment methods and instalment plans.

 

7. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or resell your place to another attendee subject to written approval by Big Day Workshops.

The replacement attendee must agree to both the Payment Terms and Workshop Terms & Participation Agreement before participation is confirmed.

 

8. Workshop Changes

Big Day Workshops reserves the right to make reasonable changes to locations, timings, styling elements, models, suppliers, venues, or workshop structure where necessary.

 

9. Travel & Accommodation

Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, visas, passports, and related expenses.

Big Day Workshops strongly recommends that attendees obtain appropriate travel and event insurance covering cancellation, travel disruption, illness, and personal equipment.

 

10. Event Cancellation by Big Day Workshops

Big Day Workshops is fully committed to delivering the Santorini Workshop 2026 as planned and organiser cancellation is considered a last resort situation that we never anticipate or aim for.

However, Big Day Workshops reserves the right to cancel the workshop where reasonably necessary due to operational, scheduling, venue, supplier, safety, travel, or event management requirements outside reasonable control.

If Big Day Workshops cancels the workshop, payments received for the workshop itself will be refunded in full.

Big Day Workshops shall not be liable for any additional costs or losses including, but not limited to:

  • flights

  • accommodation

  • transport

  • insurance

  • visas

  • exchange rate losses

  • personal expenses

 

11. Agreement

By completing payment for the Santorini Workshop 2026, you confirm that:

  • you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms

  • you agree to the payment schedule selected at checkout

  • you understand this is a fixed-date event with limited places

  • you accept responsibility for the full €1250 workshop fee once booked
